Compass is a tech-driven real-estate company based in New York City with offices across the United States. Each office supports real estate agents better connect to buyers and sellers through customized marketing strategy and design services.

As a designer on the marketing team, I worked with marketing coordinators to produce ads, social media posts and printed materials for Bay Area real estate agents according to brand guidelines.

Some projects were more custom-driven such as re-brands for agents either transferring into the company from another or needed to refresh their current brand identity. To address the issue of inconsistency with our brand, I worked closely with agents to design logos and digital / print assets to reflect Compass brand guidelines and their own personal identity.
